Beloved canine surgery recovery

This request comes with a heavy heart for our beloved canine. Khalessie came into our family September 2018. She was young, active and super happy. My amazing daughter decided to rename her to “Vitollie” better known as Vedo. On Friday evening April 12th she was struck by a car near our home and suffered bilateral  fractures to both her front legs. Due to the severity of the breaks it is likely surgery will be required for both of her front legs. A simple cast will not mend these badly broken legs. It was traumatic for me to witness and very traumatic for the sweet driver. 
She has brought so much joy to us and this sweet girl has never met a stranger! She is special. I am a complex trauma survivor and I survived domestic violence. My daughter Micky, an only child struggles with depression and has angst of a 12 year and the insight of a 15 year old.  Vedo sleeps with my daughter every night and is such a comfort to us. We are asking for help, there have been two emergency vet visits. One for the initial accident and the other due to her getting dehydrated under all the stress. This is still before surgery.
**Update** the orthopedic surgery was completed on 4/16 and was a success! There are more costs, the surgeon Dr. Mark Davis, the Animal Care Center (Dr. Casper). Since the surgery was so intense our sweet girl will spend the next 24 hrs. at the Pet Emergency Center to ensure she gets her meds and proper around the clock care. I’m praying for a quick recovery and we are so very thankful for the support, financially and emotionally. God bless ❤️
