Bella's Final Wish

This is my granddaughter Isabella (Bella) Gamboa she is 10 years old since she was born she has faced so many challenges since her life started she overcomed 15 procedures and has been diagnosed over the years with the following: cerebral palsy, epilepsy, hydrocephalus with two shunts, brain malformation, osteoporosis, chronic intestinal pseudo obstruction, neurogenic bowels. Visiting over 10 doctors she had surgery July 13, 2017 in Dallas, TX to replace her Ileostomy bag which didn't work it paralyzed her intestines and is no longer tolerating nutrition. On Friday September 29th, 2017 she got very ill and was transferred to Children's Cook in Ft Worth which we were told on Saturday September 30th, 2017 she only has 3 weeks left to live. Very hard for our family but her last final wish is to go one last time to a beach. Please help my granddaughter on her final wish, thank you God Bless You!
