Hello,
My name is Becky Pearce and I am true lover of all things Disney. If you know me, you know that my dream has always been to work for Disneyland. Well I just might get to live my dream.
I decided to apply for the Disney College Program a few weeks ago. The Disney College Program is a program set up through Disney and my school, Blue Mountain Community College. It would give me some college credit but more than that, it would give me the oppurtunity to work in Disneyland for 6 months. This would give me the oppurtunity to change my life and gain skills I would never get otherwise. It would also get my foot in the door of the company I have always dreamed to work for.
I never in a million years thought I would be offered a spot in the program in Disneyland. I knew it was a long shot at best. But Today, St, Patricks Day, I got an email offering me a spot!
But I also found out I have to pay all my fees within the next 7 days and I do not have the money. I thought that I wouldn't have to pay until the program started in August, I was wrong. So, now I need $1500 by March 24th, 2015. So, what do you say? Will you help me reach my dreams?
I am not the kind of person to beg, I wasn't even going to do this, but my friends convinced me to at least try. You gotta fight for your dreams, right?
