Help support women doing it tough this Christmas by giving a gift that will make a difference!
This festive season we are raising funds to offer the 250+ residents living in our YWCA accommodation a series of beauty treatments. The spa days will be offered at our residential houses and will be a fun and safe environment where our residents can get haircuts, facials or have their nails done.
Many of the women living in our YWCA accommodation have experienced family violence, have complex health issues or are migrants or refugees. These women are a resilient bunch, but often they can feel lonely and isolated.
Your kind donation will go towards offering these women the chance to indulge in some self-care and feel valued. For many of the Y-women, even with our support, money is tight and creature comforts are few.
We've organised these spa days before with the support of some kind donations, and the effect it had on these Y-women was instantaneous and astounding.
