Help Margaret W/Her Last Wishes

*UPDATE: I am on hospice/end of life care* Trying with all my heart and soul to live as comfortably as possible while severely and painfully dying and suffering with chronic liver failure, chronic pancreatitis, Gastroparesis, SMA Syndrome, Malabsorption Syndrome, Interstitial Cystitis, Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome, Lupus and numerous other medical problems. Need help with bills, food, medical supplies, clothing, etc. Even though I'm dying I still want to live as happily as possible!!!
