Beautiful puppy needs help

Ahrang is a 7month old labrador/shepard mix adopted from a shelter when she was around 6month old. She was an energetic happy dog until today when she fell from some steep stairs and injured her right leg while going out for a walk. I took her to the ER right away and she was diagnosed with a Salter-Harris type 2 fracture.
She needs surgery to get pins inserted to sustain and align the bones, which are really close to the growth plate. The surgery costs around $3000 and can go up to $6000 according to the vets I have talked to. With my current earnings I cannot afford such price. So, I applied for carecredit for financial assistance but because I just got out of college and don’t have enough credit history the limit provided was pretty low.
I am asking for any kind of help or advice to get me and Ahrang through this situation.
