Bear grylls challenge

On a weekend in August I’m getting dropped in the gower as part of a group and we have to survive over night with very little guidance, making our own shelter and making sure we don’t starve.  Anyone that knows me knows how much I hate nature and I’m scared of every little bug and creepy crawly there is so it’s going to be very interesting to see if I can last the night wighout going into shock!! 

All money raised goes to Frankie and bennys charity of choice this year which is cancer research.
