Help with Rent & Bills

I've had to go on a medical leave and won't be able to work for a bit. I need to go for tests and work out a new treatment plan again. My doctor has put me on bed rest until we work that out. 

I did file for my employment insurance benefits but the process is being delayed because the company I work for is refusing to send the necessary documents during a labour dispute. Just after I went on my medical leave, the company I work for locked staff out because we refused to agree to a new collective agreement that offered us no gains and took away things that were in our previous agreement. I work for a private company in health care, it's an extremely stressful job, and we barely get paid more than minimum wage. The company is employing several unethical tactics to pressure us into signing an unfair deal, and one of those tactics apparently includes refusing to give me the documents I need to get paid EI while on medical leave. My union is going to be fighting them about this, but that can take some time.

In the meantime, I need some help paying the rest of my rent, paying bills, and buying food. I did pay a portion of my rent with the last pay I got from my employer, but it wasn't enough to pay it all. I still owe $350 for next month and I'm also starting to fall behind on my bills. I also need a few bucks to be able to feed myself and my cats. 

I know most people are hurting financially, but if you could spare a few bucks I would really appreciate it a lot.
