Help save my mother

Donation protected
I'm in dire straits right now, and am reluctantly asking for help. As many of my friends know, my brother and myself have been moving heaven and earth to get our mother out of her life-threatening and abusive situation and get her up to a safe haven in Wimberley, where she can receive the desperately needed loving care and attention from a caring facility, me and numerous other relatives that she so richly deserves. But the situation with my mother has grown from ridiculous to unbearable, despite the best efforts of myself and my brother. As many friends are aware, my mother has Alzheimer's disease, although is otherwise healthy. But we were recently apprised of the horror of her current living situation by an unbiased health care provider who had been called in to assist, who reported that when she arrived, my mother had been left to lay overnight on the living room floor where she had fallen, mired in her own bodily wastes, nude and beset by a vicious little dog that belongs to my indifferent and sociopathic sister, who resides in my mother's home. Most likely, this all occurred while my bizarre sister sat and watched tv a few feet away. My sister also denies my mother her blood pressure, Alzheimer's, and pain medication. We're all pretty sure that she's hoping that she'll die soon. My mom has also lost about 60 lbs in the last year, and is wasting away. Additionally, the care giver reports numerous bruises, some associated with handprints, which my sister admitted to the caregiver of having done.
Our mother has been beset by two different con artists in fairly successful efforts to divest her of her life's savings. One has made off with his $34K haul and called it good and disappeared, but the other has many games in play. He recently made off with $55K of hers. And to our recent horror, it was discovered that our sister Karen Pence was absolutely in league with him. His name is Jorge Cedrillos. Police have been called in, and want to press charges, but are about to be effectively legally handcuffed by recent events.
Today, we discovered that sister Karen has had my mother transfer ownership of her house to her (a needed asset to pay for a full-care living facility, which is required at this time), has filed protective orders against myself, my brother, my Aunt Sue, and all of Sue's  children, and insists that our mother's house is now her house. The deed transfer has not gone through at this time, but will surely be done on Monday, if my brother and I have not secured an attorney to be present that day. Time is of the essence. We've been blocked and stymied at every turn in our efforts, my sister and her con artitist using my mom's own financial liquidity against us.
The last time I saw my mother, a month or so ago, the loving and caring individual that has been my best friend my entire life, I assured her that brother Chuck and I had not abandoned her, and that we would get her out of this prison that she currently was in. My mother hugged me, and wept copiously. A woman that had stoically survived so much adversity in her life; I had never seen her cry.
The irony here, is we believe that my mother still (at this moment) has enough assets to support her in a care facility for the remainder of a natural, healthy life. But that's all about to end, most likely on Monday, if immediate action isn't taken. With access to my mother's funds, Karen and Jorge are all fully lawyered up. Chuck and I have had enough advice until our heads were spinning, but right now we just need financial assistance to hire an attorney immediately, as neither of us can afford it at this time. Please help us save our mother, if you can. At this point, and the way things currently stand, and are proceeding, I will never see my mother again, and she will die in apathy, if not jubilation.
Any funds donated by you guys will go directly into a legal account that my brother will create tomorrow. Thank you in advance for any help you can give.
