This is the story of Mrs. Vanishree who is undergoing treatment for Ovarian cancer third stage. Our family consists of myself (Vanishree's husband) and my Son. My son is studying and also working part time to assist the family.
She is being consulted by Dr. Suchithra R in Naryana Hrudayalaya Hospital. The tragedy struck in August 2016, she had to undergo a major surgery where her Ovary was removed. Again in December 2017, she had to undergo Hernia surgery. In January 2018 the recurrence of the tumor was detected and till date chemotherapy treatment is going on, now the doctor has suggested to do the surgery by HIPEC treatment + Cytoreduction. Our family's economic resources have been completely drained. Patient is ready to fight cancer. Her only hope is to go through Surgery and remove all cancer cells from her system and make sure that this deadly disease will never come back.
