Battle for Jhoan Chi-Carrillo
Donation protected
On June 21st, 2019, Jhoan Chi-Carrillo was sent to get an MRI of his brain to see what was causing his abnormal eyesight. However, the unexpected happened, and it turns out that Jhoan has a brain tumor of the size of a walnut near the brain stem.
Jhoan then had a brain procedure where the doctor takes a biopsy of the tumor, sents it to the lab and confirms the type of cancer Jhoan has in his brain. It was confirmed that he has cancer that is sensitive and treatable with chemotherapy and radiation. Unfortunately, Jhoan had a brain bleeding causing him to have a stroke and slowed down his recovery process.
Jhoan has a fantastic family, and they need us more than ever right now.
We are asking for any help as his family is enduring every parent's worst nightmare and all the associated medical cost that will include the hospital stay, life-saving medications, and treatments.
If you aren't able to donate monetarily, we, please ask to have the family in your thoughts and prayers.
