Scott Family Baton Rouge Flood 2016

We are representing the Scott Family (including Carnes, Veals) of Baton Rouge, LA. 

I am the sister from Decatur, GA  of 4 siblings that have lost their homes in the massive flood in Baton Rouge. Friends, family and organizations have reached out to me looking for a way to assist. This is the safest way that I think we can make a difference quickly. 

Our family is in desperate need of emergency financial assistance due to the flood disaster that ruined their homes in August 2016. 

Our family has lost 4 homes and 10 vehicles completely with no salvage value for any of their belongings. In total, this flood has displaced 15 people including small children and elderly.

Funds are needed immediately for the purchase of transportation, housing, clothing, food, toiletries, cleaning supplies and restoration services. Any amount is appreciated and funds will go directly to the Scott family recovery efforts.

These funds are needed ASAP but we will continue to accept donations continuously for clean up and storage needs. 

The Scott family are integral participants in the local community including serving at churches, schools and univeristy systems that have also been destroyed.  Your support to our family is invaluable and will assist in the family's recovery efforts. 

Some of our family did not have flood insurance and have lost lives in the midst of this tragedy. Thank you for providing help in this dire time of need.
