Bart Grawey Care Fund
Donation protected
This is Bart, Bartman, Bort... local glass artist, Mayor of Umph, earth wanderer, loving son, doting uncle, the best dog Dad, that kid that worked at Agatucci's for a million years, a fierce friend, my brother. We're reaching out asking for help because these things suck and they're not easy.
A team of medical professionals diagnosed Bart with cancer, completely stupid and out of nowhere cancer. We've been told he has an incredibly rare form of Non-Hodgkins Lymphoma. Currently, he is on an aggressive treatment plan that requires him to have in-patient chemotherapy on an estimated 21 day cycle.
As we've shared his story, we have received an overwhelming amount of kind words and "how can I help". This is how. Bart's situation is a domino effect of life's ugly sides and to receive support financially can help alleviate the stress of the "how are we going to" so we can solely focus on him, his treatment, his battle, and his recovery.
If you prefer to make a direct donation to Bart's Care Fund in another form such as PayPal, Venmo, cash, etc., please contact Katie Barko via Facebook messenger or by email, [email redacted].
This cancer is a beast that we're fighting head-on. If anyone wants to join us in the fight, please donate.
Together, Bart and his partner, Katie, will be keeping an online journal of his care, how he's doing and all of funny things that happen in between. If you want to stay up-to-date on his treatment and progress, follow their CaringBridge journal. https://www.caringbridge.org/visit/bartgrawey
