Barney's Animal Rescue - A Life For George

George was dumped on the streets of Romania and rescued from a roadside by Roxana Tudose. George was in very poor condition when he was initially rescued during storms, he was very soaked through, dirty, matted, very cold and weak and had a horrendous cough. Xrays revealed he had a chest infection and fluid on his lungs, being an elderly fella we was uncertain if he would make it. With treatment, lots of TLC and him being a little fighter, he made it through and is now back to healthy and happy 10 year old. 
George will not survive cold weather in the shelter, he deserves a warm and loving retirement home just like all  of our elderly dogs.
We have an amazing experienced foster space for him in the UK and need to raise his funds asap so we can get him on the next transport.
His expenses seem high but he has had a lot of treatment including a dental and neuter, he is worth every penny of what he needs to have the future he deserves.
