Barcelona Soccer Training in Spain (Sofia and Max)

Max (11) and Sofia (8) are two phenomenal Texas soccer players, recently selected by Barcelona Academy to train in Barcelona, Spain in Sept/Oct 2019. This offer to train with the Barcelona affiliated academy is offered only once per child (once in a lifetime) and restricted to those selected.
Max is a dedicated player who scored 23 goals for his U12 team during Spring 2019. Sofia played on the same U12 team, coached by mom and dad, and was by far the youngest player on the field. Both of them have won the Fall 2018 Wilson County Soccer League Championship (U12 and U8 respectively). Max is an incredible ball handler and scorer, while Sofia has world class speed and great game vision.
They are raising money to pay for a portion of their training tuition/flights to Spain. Their goal is to raise $1000 each to help fund their roughly $2600 x 2 ($5200) tuition and roughly $1200 x 2 ($2400) flights; asking for any donations before 15 September 2019.
Sofia (8):
Started playing soccer at age 6. She played for a base team in Fort Gordon, GA. After one season, her father started coaching her. He has coached her for four seasons. After winning a championship in her age group, she moved up two higher age groups in order to play with her older brother and to face competition due to her incredibly high level of fitness and speed. She wants to play in the World Cup one day.
Max (11):
Started playing soccer at age 3. At around age 9, he started scoring more points, shutting down the opposing teams' best players, and rising as a star on his teams. He decided he wanted to focus his energy on soccer and hopes to play in the MLS, the highest leagues, and eventually win the World Cup.
They are both military kids. Their father deployed to Iraq, Afghanistan, and Kuwait while serving as a Marine. Although he was experiencing combat in Afghanistan on the day Sofia was born in Texas, his wife and he have dedicated their time and attention to coach/support Max's and Sofia's athletic aspirations and love seeing them play and grow.
