Let's Help Little Banana Joe!

Hi Everyone,
I met little Banana Joe a couple nights ago at the local emergency animal clinic where he was brought in for a broken front leg. Unfortunately his owners were unable or unwilling to care for him and he was supposed to be euthanized until I volunteered to take care of him. How could I resist that tiny face?
He's just a little guy at 9 mos old and the doctors are hopeful that we can heal his leg with splints and bandages over the next month or so. He will also need to be neutered and he is unfortunately cryptorchid - one of his testicles never descended which makes neutering him more complicated and expensive.
I'm hoping with all of your help we can raise enough money to cover the costs of the numerous x-rays, bandage changes and medications as well as his neuter and vaccines. Once he's all healed up I'll find him a perfect, forever home! I'm anticipating his veterinary costs will total to around $2,000. Any donation would be appreciated to help offset Banana Joe's bills! If there is any extra money raised it will be donated to the CDVRH's Pets in Need Fund, to help owners cover the cost of treating their pets during an emergency.
