Bahloos surgery

My baby boy bahloo bear tore his ACL yesturday. We were playing fetch like he loves to do and all of a sudden he let out a Yelp like I've never heard. The vet said he sadly tore his ACL.  He needs to have surgery to have a plate put on his knee to help with the strain this tear is causing. With xrays, blood work, consultation , surgery and medicine it's looking to be about 4000 dollars. 
If you know me at all you know my dogs are the most important 2 things in my life  . With red tide at work I've been struggling just to have ends meet . If anybody is willing to help I would appreciate it more then I can say. I hate seeing bahloo hop around in pain and I want him to be fixed and back to playing fetch like he loves as soon as possible. I would never normally do something like this but I dont know what else to do .
