Baby Shawn Kennedy

(Baby) Shawn is diagnosed with DIPG, diffuse intrinsic pontine glioma. An inoperable terminal tumor in the brainstem. They give the children 6 months to a year to live. Shawn had 2 brainstem biopsy's and 30 rounds of radiation. He is now going on 22 months post diagnosed. His last mri in June showed his tumor is stable. Everyday is scaring not knowing what the future holds with his tumor. A big mile stone of 2 years is near. I know it gets hard financially, going back and forth to Memphis every 3 months for mri's and appointments, and making sure a household of other siblings is taken care of. Every little bit helps.
