Baby Tyson Wagner

Donation protected
Baby Tyson Wagner is the son of Jason and Rachel George Wagner. Rachel went to the hospital on Wednesday for a routine C-section and to find out the gender of baby Wagner. Things didn't go as expected. Baby Tyson was having trouble breathing and they had to do heart compressions and decided he needed to be transported to Conemaugh Hospital in Johnstown. The nurse that came for him immediately put a chest tube in and you could see him calm down because he was really struggling to breathe. When they got to the hospital they had to put a second chest tube in because the hole was bigger than they thought. The one tube couldn't keep up with the air escaping from his lungs. They have also found out he has pneumonia in his lung which is making it worse. Tyson was screaming and fussing this morning and wouldn't settle down. His heart rate was between 180-190 because he was trying so hard to compensate for his lung issues. They made a decision to intubate him using an analogy of him running a 53 hour marathon and wearing down and doing major damage to his heart. With the vent he is able to breathe a lot easier in turn hopefully allowing the lung to heal. He was on 100 % oxygen along with the vent, the doctor wasn't happy so they put an arterial line through his umbilical cord so they don't have to keep poking him and upsetting him even more!
We are trying to help Tyson's family because they are now out of town his dad Jason is not able to work and his mother Rachel just had a C-section and neither of them have been able to hold this precious little boy yet!
Any donations will be appreciate
Thank you and God bless this family
