Baby McKinley medical/funeral

This is the story of Aaron & Taylor Boyd (Carter)and the 7 days they were blessed with their beautiful daughter, Baby McKinley Rae Boyd.

Aaron met Taylor just as her family was moving to the TN area from Upstate New York.   Shortly after, these two fell in love and their lives became one.  Taylor soon discovered she was pregnant and the joyous & fearful journey to parenthood began. 

Aaron fit right in with the Patnodes (his in-laws) and was beloved right away, with his gentle nature, and willing spirit, He was poised to make a running start at being a Dad and Taylor as a new Momma was eagerly making ready to  set sail as well.

The season of delivery came, and they went to the hospital as usual. McKinley was born on March 13th 2017. After staying in the hospital for 3 days as is often customary to prepare the family, they went home.

As with many things in this life, Tragedy began to take shape. Mckinley appeared a bit jaundice so Taylor and Aaron called the Doctor, they followed up with a visit that same day. From that point there are many painful details that are involved with  the emotional twists and turns in this tragic experience.

 At the end, The team of medical professionals that tried to help, did all they could, yet complication after complication took their toll and Baby McKinley passed away 7 days from her birthday.

We were blessed with 7 beautiful days, moments that we will cherish  forever.

There were many hard choices, and many more to be made still. At this time we are working to try and help this family in their time of extreme need, spiritual as well as financial.

We ask more than anything for your prayers for peace and healing for Taylor and Aaron.
