This sweet, almost 5 month old, baby needs your help! MEET MAVERIK!! Isn’t he is the cutest?
Maverik was recently diagnosed with right-sided plagiocephaly, brachycephaly and occipital flattening. He is in dire need of a cranial helmet. His doctor recommends The DOC Band and says his condition will not correct on its own.
Maverik’s family is trying to rally to save and raise money for his cranial helmet NOT covered by insurance. Because we’re a border town and the specialist is in Charlotte - North and South Carolina don’t offer the same funding or assistance! It’s so unfortunate.
Maverik’s mommy is my niece. She’s a young mother of two and works full-time. Like most, it takes most of what she earns to make ends meet. Maverik’s daddy recently switched jobs, better pay and hours to spend with his family, but he is without any benefits during his probationary phase. They’re making scarifices and going without luxuries but it’s still not enough. They need your help. Maverik needs it most of all!
