In June 2016, our mother was diagnosed with ??? breast cancer. In August, she underwent a mastectomy to remove the tumor and lymph nodes to test for metastasic. To our greatest disbelief, the cancer has metastacized and was present in the lymph nodes. Further testing was done which unveiled a tumor in her bones at which point she was diagnosed with stage 4 terminal cancer. The professionals told her that chemo and radiation would not help in beating the cancer but they could do it to reduce pain and slow the process. I have since done a lot of research into different therapies which could help and we feel wholeheartedly that an alternative therapy could benefit her in not only extending her life but providing her with a quality of life she would not have on other therapies. As a retired woman, previously on disability due to other health concerns, she's not eligible for the financial assistance required to help her proceed with the treatments she has chosen.
Kathy's a single mother of two daughters and seven grandchildren who have been trying to work with her to make this nightmare come to a halt. She's been a productive member of her community despite her disabilities and can no longer do this on her own, nor can she rely on her children who are also facing financial difficulties. For these reasons we're looking for assistance from the kindness of others who can help in any way to ease the financial stress and burden on our family. Were not ones to ask for help, weve always been dependent upon outselves, so to ask for this is a big step for our family. Our mother strong enough to fight and to do what is necessary to extend het life and be there for her family and make memories to last a lifetime but what we don’t have is the financial means to cover the costs of doctors, specialized diet, medications, etc. It is the financial assistance that we lack and that We, humbly, request from others.
We are requesting donations totaling a minimum of $25,000.00 to cover the medical costs involved in following the Gerson protocol which is the route she has chosen following extensive readings and research into the success for other stage 4 cancer And to help cover the costs of other natural remedies, not covered thru insurance or Medicare.
