Healing for Tony

On Sunday, July 14th, the unimaginable happened. Tony, the love of my life and the father of two beautiful children, got into an accident, and his t9 and t10 thoracic vertebrae were severed. He was rushed to emergency surgery to repair his spinal cord and is currently in recovery, but he is paralyzed from the waist down.
Though the road ahead will be a grueling one, I know Tony has within him the strength to prevail, and he will come out of this on the other side. Tony is the strongest man I know, both mentally and physically. Anyone who knows Tony, even after meeting him for only a short time, is touched by him and inspired by his positivity. He is the most vibrant, radiant, loving person – his giant smile and genuine eyes light up every room he walks in to. It’s how I fell in love with him the day that I met him.
Tony is a man who lives his life with integrity, humility, courageousness, perseverance, and most of all, with the utmost generosity and compassion. If you know him, you know he is always willing to lend a helping hand, no matter what the task. If you really know Tony you would also know he lives, eats and breathes for his children. I know he will fight his hardest because they are his world and those beautiful angels need their daddy to be strong and healthy.
We are asking for your compassion and generosity in this difficult time. A simple share or a prayer goes a long way and it truly means so much to us. This GoFundMe is put in place to help cover any medical costs Tony will incur due to his injury (hospital or rehab bills, medication, a wheelchair and creating an accessible and comfortable environment at home), and of course to help support his two cherished and beautiful children, Nafas and Parsa.
