I'm doing this because I've already been in contact with a number of families and their children who have had their personal belongings destroyed by flooding, tree damage, and wind speeds.
They don't know what to do because their funds are running out.
MANY families have been displaced (and continue to be) and have not been able to work for this past week and a return date is still unknown. Your money will directly go to the families to aid in the costs of evacuation, damage to their homes, and living essentials such as food and water.
