Hello friends and family! Next spring I will be traveling to Uganda, Africa for a medical mission with Team New York, ISMS (International Surgical Mission Support) to provide medical and surgical help to infants, children, as well as adults. These surgeries are life-changing and often times life-saving. The people in Uganda are extremely poor and would not have access to such vital medical care without our help.
All team members not only volunteer their time, money and expertise but also work diligently to raise funds to cover the costs of medical supplies, equipment, and basic necessities such as food and water.
