Please help peanut!

I am needing help please. My sons cat which is also his ESA went missing for several weeks when we finally got her back she has a injury to one of her eyes. Normally I could have her seen but this caught me at a really bad Time not only did I have a really high light bill but I'm also having to move as well. Please help if you can if you cant please share. Thank you!
