I'm Roger Naranjo and this is is my sister Carolina (40) and her family: Marco (50), her husband, Christian (12), and Santiago (8). She is an extremely strong person that has overcome many difficulties in her life and always stands up. I'm really proud of her. She and her family decided to escape from the chaos, hunger, and insecurity from Venezuela to start a new life in Buenos Aires. She arrived in Buenos Aires one week ago with her kids. Her husband arrived 2 months ago. They are actively looking for a job but they haven't succeeded yet. Now they are facing a very difficult situation: they didn't receive a money that they were expecting to receive and that would have give them 2 months of rent and food. That would have been the necessary time to receive a work permit and find a simple job. They have at the moment just enough to pay the rent for July and around 100 dollars for the rest of the month. Even if she finds a job today she wouldn't have enough for paying the bills and food for next month.
I'm the only member of my family who is abroad and can help them. Fortunately, I'm have a job that it is helping me to support 2 families in Venezuela and giving to Carolina a bit of support for her kids, but of course I have a limit that can't deny, I can't take more debts and I have also a family here in Germany that I need to support.
I feel bit desperate and helpless because all the situation that Venezuelans are suffering, including my family. I really want to help them as much as I can. I know this situation is only temporary and it will get better soon, but for know I think this campaign is something that can help them. I know that I have very good friends out there that if I ask them for help they would immediately do it without any hesitation, but also I don't want to be an unexpected charge for any of them, so I thought It would be better If just ask for whatever you think you can help with. Little by little we can help them.
With what I'm expecting to collect will be paid:
the residence permit (called precaria and it costs 100 dollars each)
2 months of rent (500 dollars per month).
I will help them with the daily expenses until she finds a job
The money will be transfer to my German account and then I will send it to her via Western Union

Ella es una persona extremadamente fuerte que ha pasado por muchas dificultades en su vida y siempre se levanta con la cabeza en alto. Me siento muy orgulloso de ser su hermano. Ella y su familia decidieron escapar del caos, el hambre y la inseguridad de Venezuela y comenzar una nueva vida en Buenos Aires. Llegó a Buenos Aires hace dos semanas con sus hijos. Su esposo llegó hace aproximadamente 2 meses. Actualmente, se encuentran activamente buscando trabajo pero aún no han encontrado. En este momento se enfrentan a una situación muy dura: no recibieron un dinero que esperaban recibir y que les habría dado 2 meses de alquiler y comida. Tiempo suficiente para recibir su permiso de trabajo y encontrar un trabajo sencillo. Por el momento, tienen lo justo para pagar el alquiler de julio y alrededor de 100 dólares el resto del mes. Incluso si encuentra un trabajo hoy, no tendrían lo suficiente para pagar las cuentas y la comida del mes.
Soy el único miembro de mi familia que está en el extranjero y que puede ayudarlos. Afortunadamente, tengo un trabajo que me está ayudando a mantener a 2 familias en Venezuela y darle un poco de ayuda a Carolina, pero por supuesto que tengo un límite que no puedo negar: no puedo contraer mas deudas, ya que también tengo una familia aquí en Alemania que necesito mantener.
Me siento un poco desesperado e impotente por toda la situación que sufren los venezolanos, incluida mi familia. Realmente quiero ayudarlos tanto como pueda. Sé que esta situación es solo temporal y mejorará pronto, pero mientras tanto esta campaña es una opción que puede ayudarlos. Sé que tengo muy buenos amigos que sí les pido ayuda, lo harían inmediatamente sin dudarlo, pero tampoco quiero ser una carga inesperada para ninguno de ellos, así que pensé que sería mejor usar este sistema para que simplemente poco a poco llegáramos a la meta
Con lo que espero recoger, se podrá pagar el permiso de residencia (llamado precaria y cuesta 100 dólares cada uno) y casi 2 meses de alquiler (poco mas de 500 dólares). Su gastos diarios los puedo cubrir por mi parte.
El dinero sera transferido a mi cuenta en Alemania y luego enviado por Western Union
