Milton High School Band Instrument Fund

The Milton High School Band is one of the premiere organizations and largest public relations tools on the MHS Campus! And over the past 10 years, the band program has been experiencing continual growth. But as the group finds itself preparing for another successful school year, they find themselves facing some tough obstacles. The funding has remained the same and in some instances, actually decreased. With the addition of over 70 incoming freshmen, the band is expected to reach close to the 200 member mark this upcoming marching season. This creates the challenge of having to raise over $40,000 in order to purchase enough tubas and percussion equipment to meet the demands of the larger ensemble.

The MHS Band Parent Association works hard to raise funds for the band every year but they just can't do it all.  They have raised thousands of dollars for the purchase of uniforms, a band truck and instruments but we need additional help.
