Help for Hera

Anyone who knows me, knows that my dog is my world. She has a tumor on her right hind leg that needs to be removed. However, she also has a heart murmur, and needs an ultrasound of her heart, before she can be put under anesthesia. The ultrasound is going to cost $580 and the tumor removal will be $1000 - $1500. Any help would be very much appreciated! Thank you!
