Winter coats for needy children

Ohr Meir & Bracha looks after the fincial and emotional well-being of the children of Israel.  Poverty in Israel is rampant and it is incumbent upon each of us to help Israel's poor.  We would like to provide winter coats for our children.  While you enjoy a warm winter our children are braving the cold without appropriate winter apparel.
