Tara Garner is a young lady who was born with a rare syndrome called Wildervanck. she is an identical twin but only she got it and not her sister. The syndrome only affects females and genetics specialist still haven't found out the root cause of the syndrome. the syndrome mainly affects the right side of her body. for example her right eye is partially blind, with a dermoid underneath her pupil, she can not close her right eye completely and can not look to the right as well. her right eyebrow does not have a muscle so is unable to lift it up. she is deaf in her right ear and her right ear isn't leveled with her left ear it is higher than her left and smaller as well. she is stuck on the first stage and needs two more surgeries to complete the ear. right now her right ear is missing the top of her ear which makes it almost impossible to wear her prescription glasses. she wears a hearing aid in her left ear due to hearing loss in that ear. her nose is cricket and has a little trouble breathing through her right nostril. her right cheek isn't fully developed and isnt symetrical with the left side, her jawline isnt symetrical either her right side isn't completely developed either. she has a stiff neck where she cant turn to the right and has scoliosis. her thumbs on both hands are missing muscles which makes it hard for her to write and grip things. the syndrome makes her appear as if she has two diffeent faces. tara needs craniofacial surgery to help her have a better life.
