Auto Accident Recovery

My name is Shamekua Niles most of you know me as Meme, Mekua or Sham. I have two children Jaylin 7yrs and Krystiana 4yrs old.
On Wednesday 4th January, 2017 at 4am I was on my way home along with my sister in law and we got into a car accident. My back got broke was rushed to Dr.Phillips Hospital to later be transferred to Orlando Regional Hospital and under went emergency back surgery. I have been in the hospital for four days, was release on Sunday. My doctor informed me that I need a tempuredic bed, to sleep comfortable and to adjust when laying or sitting in bed. I also lost my car before the accident due to not being able to keep up with payments and the car I got in accident with is a total lost therefore I'm in need of transportation to get to my doctors, therapist as well as to attend any other appointments.
I have to wear a back brace while walking and have to pay out of pocket for my medicines as I do not have medical insurance.
I will appreciate any amount that you can donate to help my family and I to get through and recover from this accident. Please continue to keep us in your prayers.
