Dear Friends,I worked as a Firefighter from 1979 till 2007,moved to Lake Wales,started driving trucks over the road to support my family,got laid off in Jan 2014,due to company going owner operator,new job April 2014 and on April 25 was Septic and got infected with Gangrene Flesh Eating Bacteria,was delirious and had an accident,transported to hospital and then transfered to to a large research hospital Memorial Hermann of Houston,had to have total of six surgeries,released on May 10. I was flown home due to the generosity of IAFF Local 4321, now to recover as I still have open hole in my groin 8in x 3in, the Doctors have told me many months before it heals till I can resume work,I am very lucky to have survived, the Surgeon told me he saved my life and 80% of people that get Gangrene Flesh Eating Bacteria do not survive.God let me live and I am extremely thankful.Please help me if you are able,may God bless you whether you are able to help or not,Thank You for taking the time to read my story,as I need help paying for Health Insurance,Mortage and Living expenses,May God Bless all my friends and their families,   sincerely William Hoecherl
