Aubree Liz - Debut EP

Hey, there! I'm a singer-songwriter in Provo, UT (one of the many in that mega-talented region), and I'm in the process of getting my first ever album recorded professionally. This is something I've been looking forward to doing for years, so you can bet that I'm out of my mind excited that it's finally happening.  However, the cost of recording a fully produced album is a lot for one person to handle--especially as a college student doing work and music part-time. I created this page as a means for people to get the chance to pre-order the album and help support a local artist in making her dreams come true.

I've been performing as a singer-songwriter for over four years in various places around Utah, including Park City, Salt Lake City, and Provo (where I'm currently living). During the majority of this time, I've performed as a solo artist. For this project, I'm bringing on what I like to call the Dream Team to back me up as a band. Some of my favorite musicians have been working with me on production, and boy oh boy am I thrilled with what we've got cooking up. We recorded the demos for the four original tracks that will appear on my EP (link below) late last year, and we've since switched gears to take the album into a more classic "jam band" style. For examples of what this style sounds like, check out Nathaniel Rateliff and the Nightsweats and get ready to groove! In order to capture the energy within each song, we'll be recording a good chunk of the instrumentalists performing together live. This is something that I think is going to bring a really unique sound to the album as a whole.
