Ashleys London Cuddle Cot

Angel Wings Baby and Child Loss along with Angel Mum Catherine Walker are fundraising for a Cuddle Cot in memory of Ashley to be gifted to a London Funeral Directors and branches in the surrounding areas.
Here are Catherine's own words...
We want to donate a cuddle cot in loving memory of Ashley walker 02/07/17. Our story is we was so excited and shocked when we found out I was pregnant again as we did not think we could have any more children we have twin boys who are 10 and a little girl who is five we could not wait to tell them we was going to be having another baby we went for our 12 week scan and everything was fine we got to see our beautiful baby on the screen so we went home and told our children they were so excited and could not wait we then told family and friends as we thought we was over the danger period all was good I was feeling fine then on Tuesday 27th June I went for my midwife check I was 16 weeks and 4 days as she checked to listen to our baby’s heartbeat she could not find it at first I did not think much about it but then after 5 mins she could still not find it and I started to worry she sent me to the hospital I sat on the bed and they tried 2 different machines to try and find his heartbeat but nothing I was then sent for a scan and this is when i heard those awful words I’m so sorry there is no heartbeat your baby has died my world fell apart in that moment We then had to come home and break our children’s hearts and tell them what had happened this was the hardest day our life’s I was then given some medication and taken into hospital on Sunday 2nd July and they started my labour we had a lovely nurse with us she made the day a lot easier for us and our beautiful baby boy Ashley was born sleeping at 1:50 pm we got to spend a couple of hours with him and then had to come home without our baby boy x
We want to raise money to fund a cuddle cot to help other families that are going through this awful time and give them the chance to spend time with their beautiful little babies as we will always treasure the little time we had with Ashley xx
