Animals in Need

We have two smallish problems: one has been nicknamed Katie-Cat and the other Charlie-Chips!
Katie, the cat, was abandoned by her original owners when they moved away several years ago. A couple of other neighbours had been feeding her but a few months ago a very thin Katie started to come to our house for food. We have not adopted her as our own because we already have other pets. She is now pregnant and needs to be spayed very quickly. The vet has said that he'll reduce his costs but we need help raising the funds to get her sorted out before we also have a kitten problem!
The other charmer, Charlie-Chips, arrived here 10 days or so ago. He's in need of veterinary help too. He has blood in his urine. He's filthy dirty with matted fur and I would think could do with being neutered too! Ultimately, it would be lovely to find a loving home for him. He's sociable with other dogs and very respectful of cats!
