Arrangements for Terrance Hayes

For nearly two months my brother, Terrance Hayes, was missing. Family and friends were so supportive and active in searching for him. Yesterday, his body was discovered in a canal by a worker in Rogue Park. This tragedy has left my family in a state of disbelief. Many of you have reached out to my family and I with kind words and prayers.
