Beautiful daughter, sister, mother, niece, aunt, cousin and friend to many. We are heartbroken and very sad. An unexpected medical condition has left our beautiful Sarah in a state of no return. At this time we ask for prayers, as the family has to make hard decisions and arrangements. At the young age of 34, and with 3 beautiful children, please pray for these young children.
