Lithuanian Dance Trip to Argentina

Ceilidh (Kaylee) although well known for her Celtic music  and dancing  is also a member of the Geelong Lithuanian Folk Dance Group ‘Linas’. 
After performing in the 100 years of Lithuanian Independence Song and Dance Festival last year with 3,000 other dancers  across the world, the group was invited to perform in Argentina. As predominantly a youth group the main invite is to a youth summit. After which they will perform at the Multicultural Festival in Alta Gracia with the host Lithuanian Folk group in Argentina.
Although the group as secured enough to cover the costs of return flights, the remaining costs that include accommodation and transport have been required from the members.
As an Education student, Ceilidh has faced a few difficulties which has delayed her graduation a year placing financial pressure on her making it challenging to save enough. Ceilidh would like to ask for a push to help her cover what is estimated to be around $1,000. Anything beyond this will go towards other dance members that are in similar challenging situations.
