Help save Remy

Yesterday we came home from work and we saw what looked like a murder scene. All of the sudden remy our fur baby started puking/ pooping pure blood. We took him to the vet hospital last night and came home with some meds, but remy rapidly is decreasing in health. We took him into the vet today as he’s continuously losing blood and becoming very lathargic. The vets are having a tough time being able to diagnose exactly what is going on because he is decreasing so quick, however it’s sounding like he will have to have surgery and most likely has an obstruction. They have kept him all day on fluids and will need to continue to keep him overnight and atleast all day tomorrow. His heart rate and blood pressure at points throughout the day has dropped to the point the vets thought we were going to lose him. As everyone knows vet bills are not cheap and we are already looking at over $1,000 just for the testing and hospitalization they have already done, let alone what surgery will cost, which is estimated to be about $2,000. Anything helps and this would be the best early birthday present for both tim and I. For those of you who know us know we have already lost one black lab due to trauma as well (seizures) we do not want to lose another fur baby. Any of the proceeds that do not go towards remy will go towards our local humane society. Thank you in advanced.
