Medical expense relief

I have no medical insurance and I have not been able to work over the past year. I have been extremely ill and I have been hospitalized 14 times in the past two years. I have a severe case of Crohn's disease, nonalcoholic fatty liver disease( from all of the medicines from my Crohns) and I Have been diagnosed with idiopathic pancreatitis,  which is chronic in nature . For the past 6 months, I've been in excruciating pain like I'm being stabbed in the right rib cage and the pain is constant in nature and will not stop I must raise money for bloodwork and Doctor appts ..for the completion of the diagnostic phase of the chronic pancreatitis and I need funds for my pain management clinic appointment and the medicine itself On May 5, 2017
