Appeal for my friends in Lombok

After the recent earthquakes that have shattered Lombok and the Gili Islands I have received a huge number of requests for help from friends with families that have been hugely affected by this, I have helped as many as I can but I feel helpless because it's impossible for me alone to help them all
Many have lost friends and family members in this disaster, their homes and businesses have been crushed and their livelihoods are gone. There are thousands up in the hills living outside and they are running out of supplies of rice, water and baby supplies and there are more fatalities every single day, usually from the very young who don't have the basics they need to survive.
So please I'm begging you whether it be a pound or a pint or more can you help these people out. £5 would go so far here in Indonesia if anyone could spare anything please donate.
Amelia plan is to fly there this weekend and take supplies to local villages to share between them whilst the ey try and rebuild their lives.
