Apartment Fire: PSA STOP VAPING

My worst fear occured last night/this morning at 2 am. Brandon and I moved into our new apartment on the 1st of July and got settled pretty quickly. Established more than Id ever think I would be at the age of 19. As Brandon and I fell asleep at around 11 pm the night of the 6th we thought it would be an adverage night. At 2 am Brandon woke up screaming “FIRE”.  As I opened my eyes I thought I was dreaming, our bed was engolfed in flames. Our room burning to shreds in front of our eyes. The most horrific sight! As everyone evacuated safetly from the building, 4 fire departments arrived and put out the disaster. After a short investagation the departments alerted us that a vape (e-cigarette) within our apartment placed on Brandons night stand exploded. If you are taking the time to read this all I ask is to despose of any electroic cigarettes in your possession.
