Life leads us down different paths. God brings us to where we need to be. James has not always been on the right path and he is not scared to admit his wrong doings but,,He is now on the right path, unfortunatly the BIG C is what made him realize what direction he needs to be going. I made the decision once seeing the living conditions he was in and the care he was NOT receiving to bring him into my home and try to give him quality life in his last remaining time here on earth. James was diagnosed with stage 3 inoperatable lung cancer in July of 2016. He has made it almost a year but there are days when he can barely walk, eat or anything that we take for granted. I am asking for help from any and everyone to take one worry away from him. That worry is how he is going to be laid to rest. He has an account set up with a funeral home that he pays $50 a month to but he has a long way to go before that would be paid off and the doctor has said he does not have long before he will meet his maker. He has no idea I have set this account up, nor do I want him to know because he is a proud man. My goal is to raise the money to pay for his balance owed to the funeral home and to buy him a few clothes since he only owns 2 pair of pants, 3 shirts, 3 pairs of socks and 1 pair of house shoes. I have already spoken to the funeral home and his balance could be paid anonymously so he would never have to know.
