AP Physics Concrete Canoe HELP!

Our school has limited funding for our AP Physics end of year project. We have been tasked with designing and constructing a CONCRETE canoe. To get the proper shape, we need a foam mold, which has proven to be out of our financial reach. Any extra funds will be donated to the American Red Cross foundation.
