Antoine Family Education Fund

Meet the Antoine family.  Edwald, Josette and their children twin girls -now 20 - and their youngest (not in picture) who is 9 years old.  They were a typical Haitian family, struggling to make ends meet, whose main concern was their children's education.  Mom is a beautician and dad a driver for a local business.  While their income is limited they manage to provide a loving and safe environment for their daughters; not an easy task in a country where the unemployment rate remains alarmingly high.

In May 2018, their whole world came to a sudden halt when stomach cancer claimed the life of their beloved husband and father.  To make matters worse, Josette's mother passed away a month ago.   While dealing with the grief of losing their father and grandmother, this family  has to contend with the new reality; with the main bread winner gone, the girls' education and future are now in serious jeopardy.

Private college tuition is just too heavy for a widowed beautician's salary.  The twins just started their second year in economics.  In order to beat the cycle of hardship and uncertainty, they must stay in school.
They have a plan, once they graduate they will pick up the baton (so prematurely and unwittingly dropped by their dad) and will help their mother with their baby sister's education.

They need our help for this to happen. Let's keep their father's dream alive.  This is the season of hope renewed.  Your donations will make a difference in their lives. Thank you for giving.
