Another angel taken from us

On the 8th of March, Victor Eduardo Prieto Jr.'s life was taken from us. He was a father, a son, and a brother. He left behind his daughter and son;  his car was found in the flooded waters of Dueber and Battlesburg the following morning. We took matters into our own hands because the police refused to look for him so we continued to look for him multiple times. On March 24th; early in the morning we found his body less than 150 feet where his car was originally found. He was a very loving father that always put his his kids and family first and was a caring human being that would help people when he could no matter what. The funds are needed for the funeral expenses to give him a proper burial and know he is finally at rest. Any help would be very much appreciated, Thank you so much in advance.
