Individual rescuer turned group from growing number of rescues required during the 2017 Yulin Dog Meat Festival in China.
These funds will go to helping the dogs directly affected by this situation in Guangzhou. We will be paying for medical treatments, daily care, rehabilitation with our final aim being rehoming of every dog. We also hope to reunite as many stolen pets with their families using existing microchips.
This is all volunteer based with all money being spent directly on these dogs.
We've created this charity group after the June 19th Yulin meat truck came through Guangzhou and was intercepted by volunteers and rescuers. Our love for animals and desire to get involved resulted in a group of passionate animal advocates onsite helping with the aftermath of this situation.
We're now dealing with caring for some of the many dogs that survived the truck interception and are working tirelessly and endlessly to address their health issues, get them proper care and our ultimate goal is to find them forever homes.
