Update:: 12/27/16. Thanks to some very generous people in my life,I was able to see two of my babies for Yule. I still have a long way to go with the custody battle and pro se guardianship. Pierce's permanency hearing is in March. I need to be in New Jersey for that plus I'm looking to visit them soon. Thank you to all who shared and donated. Please keep sharing,thank you.
Good morning and thank you for taking a look at my need for help.
My mother had custody of my two youngest special needs children. I have Bi polar disorder and she thought that was reason enough to keep me away from my boys. I am stable,on meds and have been in therapy since July 29th of this year.
Before she passed away in May of this year from Cancer she placed them in a facility home for special needs adults/children. I'm currently trying to get custody of my youngest. I'm working with the proper agencies to bring my son home. I do have an attorney that was appointed to me,but that still costs money.
I also wish to give all three of my boys a wonderful holiday. I am the only family they have. When my mother passed away,everyone stopped visiting them. This breaks my heart so so much.
I'm also looking to get pro se guardianship for my two oldest. With this,I will have a say on what happens to them,full access to their treatment plans and visitations more often.
I'm unable to work due to a physical disability that causes constant pain and pressure in my back. It's called Degenerative disc disorder. I also have a herniated disc between the C4 and C5 in the neck/shoulder area. I am trying to get on disability.
I just want all of my boys together. They should not be apart. I want my precious boys home with me. I ask for your help in this fight and to make a wonderful Christmas for them. This will be their first Christmas without their Grandmother. I want to make sure they are not alone and have me by their side. I love my boys and I will do anything for them.
