Angels Emergency Vet Costs

Angel is 12 and a half years old and has just had an cyst develop on her face after vet costs the vet has now came to the conclusion it is a bad tooth infection and her tooth(teeth) will need removed my dads funds have gone now and we have helped with all the funds we have, PDSA , SSPCA are unwilling to help unless Angel is singed over to them (sspca) but that would break my dads heart and Angels, shes not his pet shes his family
we realy need help on costs please he has 3 options
1 get the funds and pay for op
2 sign her over to SSPCA
3 have her put to sleep
he han an appointment on monday 15th jan 2018 to discuss whats gonna happen next
we realy need the first option
